Career Compass is a cooperative effort between Bank of North Dakota, the Dakota Association for College Admission Counseling (DACAC) and state agencies in North Dakota.

Career Compass provides tools to students and parents to explore career opportunities for their future.


Virtual College Fairs

Students and parents can attend virtual college fairs to learn about different work and education opportunities beyond high school. 


College Application Month

College Application Month is part of a national initiative known as the American College Application Campaign to have students apply to a college. In addition to applying for college, College Application Month also helps students and their parents learn about the FAFSA and begin that process.


Career Discovery

Presentations and career-focused discussions for students and parents. Career Discovery has a wide variety of topics including how to research careers, financial aid and financial award programs and much more.


College Handbook

Thinking about going to college? Bank of North Dakota provides all of the resources to help you to plan and pay for college with the College Handbook. It has many resources for students and parents.


College Resources

Whether you are considering 1-, 2- or 4- years of education after high school, Bank of North Dakota has resources to help you research your options. These include a College Cost Sheet, videos on how to apply for student financial aid, a parent checklist and information on student loans, and more!


Counselor Resources

North Dakota middle school and high school counselors can order print materials created by Bank of North Dakota, access career and college preparation tools, learn about North Dakota Dollars for Scholars and download the Dual Credit Assitance application.
